I almost never leave comments online. However, now I feel obliged to do it in order to raise awareness.

The service of Rembrandtglas was the slowes, most incompetent and expensive service I have ever received in my life.

More than a year after my original request I finally got my doble glass replaced. My e-mail box is now full of messages. It took them 5 visits at home (1: taking wrong measurements, 2: taking measurements again, then 3: coming with the wrong size of window, then 4: coming to discuss what was wrong, and finally 5: coming to replace the window). Now I have the new glass (roughly 1 x 1m). Not sure why it was 2x - 3x times more expensive than the market price, maybe because it was going through the VVE. The glass was installed partially with rubber insulation and partially with black insulating paste, with a 10cm spot where the rubber is strangely pinched towards the inside of the frame.

I simply cannot give more than one star to any of the fields above. Hope this helps at least someone.
